Terms of Sale

These terms apply to all orders placed with Raeha through raehalab.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products & pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We try to display products and prices accurately, but errors can occur. If we find a pricing error on an item you ordered, we'll contact you before processing.
Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities.

When you place an order you receive an order number and a confirmation email. This confirms we received your order, not that it is accepted.
We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock, or we cannot verify the details). If we cancel a paid order, we refund it.

We accept Cash on Delivery, with online payment options being added. Payment is due at the time stated for your chosen method.

We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery fees and timeframes are described on our Delivery & Shipping page.

Returns and exchanges are covered by our Returns & Exchanges policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
